Our IKO school is located in Famara. Famara needs no introduction after being voted by The Sunday Times as the 'Best Beach in Europe for Watersports', and based in a national park with a 'World Biosphere' status. You will be kitesurfing at the foot of the dominating Famara cliffs.

Catching some air for the first time, and dragging your body along the 3 km beach is awesome! With the cliffs above you and the green water infront work and home will feel a million miles away!

You will be staying in Famara, a small surf and kitesurf town, in the typical canarian apartments. The apartments have every thing you need and are less than 60 metres from the 3km beach. Lanzarote has been claimed by the Hawaii of Europe (The Storm Rider Guide). Need I say more!

Learn basic kite skills
Set up kites
Pack up kites
Cross lines
Catching wind pockets
Kite steadying
Drag your body acroos the sand whilst maintaining full control of direction and power
Learn how to use the kite whilst in the water
and even get some air!

Accommodation & Centre Details

You will be staying in Famara, a small surf and kitesurf town, in the typical canarian apartments. The apartments have every thing you need and are less than 60 metres from the 3km beach. You are situated 5 metres from all the bars and restaurants.

The accommodation is Canarian style apartments. Comfortable and basic. It has everything you need and is less than 60 meters from the sea and right next to the local bars and restaurants. Famara has a great relaxed vibe, filled with surfers and kitesurfers.
