Beginners kiteboard week in Gokova
The aim of this week is not to teach you kiteboarding, it is to make you a kiteboarder.
GOKOVA RUZGAR SPORTS is one of Turkey's biggest kiteboarding schools.
Taking advantage of some of the best conditions in Turkey, our aim is to offer unrivalled standards of tuition and service, using the most up to date equipment available, together with an instructor team of the highest calibre. All kiteboarding courses are taught by International Kiteboarding Organisation qualified instructors and we teach to set standards to ensure that you are given the best learning experience possible.
Our kiteboard courses are one to one. You can get a 20% group discounts with 2 or max 3 attendants.
Akyaka beach is 3 km. long, with max 50 cm depth in 150 meters without even a small stone, making this calm sandy beach a top ranked kiteboarders' choice. We offer only high quality equipment (Slingshot, Liquid Force, Crazy Fly, Underground), experienced and approved instructers and an optional day for excursions.

Day-1/ Transfer to your hotel in Akyaka. First meeting and introducing Akyaka (Please choose your accommodation from our offers)
Day-2 / Start the IKO Level-1 course.
Day-3 / Carry on training.
Day-4 / Start the IKO Level-2 course
Day-5 / Finish course.
Day-6 / Optional day. Rafting on Dalaman River, big bazaar in Mugla, Canyoning in Toparlar, Seakayak on Gokova Creeks or practice kiteboarding.
Day-7 / That's all, transfer to airport |

You can choose from our wide range of accommodation offers (starts from Euro 25 per room) promoted on our web site. There is something for everyone! Bungalows, aparts, camping site, villas, hotel rooms and suites.
Yucelen Hotel
Yucelen has one of the largest accommodation capacity in Akyaka. With its architecture, gardens and unique location it is like a corner from heaven. The recreational area next to Yucelen Hotel (Gokova Park) will leave you speechless with its flora and facilities. It is located just by the sea with its own private beach but still in the town centre. It has a capacity of 200 beds. Rooms are situated in 2 floor appartments around garden, swimming pool and fresh water spring.
You can choose BB, half board or full board accommodation.
All rooms are with TV, AC, Central heating, Minibar, Direct telephone line, Balcony, Bathroom, Hairdryier
Gokova Park Bungalows
Located under eucalyptus trees by the beach. All bungalows are with AC, bathroom

Gokova Park Stone Houses
They are located on the rocks just above the sea (15 m) under pine trees. This is self catering accommodation. The houses are suitable for groups not more than 6 people.
All have a wide verandah at the front. They are 500 m. to town center. There is bathroom, fully equiped kitchen, fireplace, TV, BBQ in the houses.
Gokova Park Camp Field
This is the cheapest but might be comfortable and fun accorting to your camping equipment. It is also possible to rent a tent from the recreational area. There are common wc, bathrooms in the camp area. You can also get electricity and water. This camp place is perfect for caravans. There are plenty of cafes, market and restaurants open till midnight. You can find sport fields, tracks for biking and jogging or private corners with the view of Gokova Bay in the forest.
Susam Hotel
This is one of the best for budget travellers. Starts from Euro 25 including breakfast, AC, TV, wireless internet, pool, private wc/shower. It is oly 50 m to beach and our base. Dinner is served upon request. |
