Kite Surf Lessons:
Cape Verde is quickly growing as a kite surfing destination. With a range of wind directions and water conditions across the island, it has something to offer every level. Deep water, flat as well as wavy water conditions, ensures that those kite surfers choosing to learn here, will find they are able to kite else where with confidence.
Surf Zone is Cape Verde’s largest kite school with a total of 7 advanced kite surf instructors & two schools on the island.
Instruction can be provided in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian
Complete beginner to advanced (jumps, transitions, handle passes etc.) lessons
Private as well as group lessons available. Max persons per group-3
Focus on teaching and kiting safely, as well as understanding the material and knowing how to set it up.
The vast majority of lessons are done in the Bay of Santa Maria and Kite Beach (depending on conditions).
Material: Ozone kites (full de-power bow kites). Sizes range from 7 to 15m
