Three Day Beginners Course
Experience the rush of kiteboarding with a full three day kite surf course with the Paracademy. Kitesurfing is a combination of sports ranging from wakeboarding, surfing, wind surfing to paragliding. The combination of kitesurf board and powerful power kite make kiteboarding a hugely entertaining pastime and very addictive adrenaline sport for those who seek adventure through extreme sports!
Kite surfing is a truly 3-dimensional water sport and with the right training and kite surf lessons from the Paracademy you will soon be joining other kitesurfers performing high jumps, loops, twists, board-offs or blasting over the ocean at speeds just shy of 40 knots!
You will learn about the wind and some basic kite flying theory before taking to the water for some hands on kite surf lessons. After the three days kite surf course you will be issued an IKO (International Kiteboarding Organisation) certification card that will enable you to kite surf and hire kiteboarding equipment all over the world.

This is a three day course which will give you the skills to start kite surfing. The course covers the background to the sport, the theory, its equipment, safety, places to surf, with the overall aim being to help you achieve self sufficiency to carry on and learn the sport. Paracademy teaches on two line water re-launchable kites. You will "body surf" and learn to self-rescue. Then you just add a kiteboard, learn to water start, plane, edge and you're away. The course finishes with plenty of practice via Paracademys "Station to Station" surf runs. Leads to IKO level 1 or 2.
Kiteboarding lessons at Paracademy are taught by full qualified and accredited instructors many of which have been trained on one of the Paracademy's very own Instructor Training Course (ITC). Paracademy supply everything you need for your kitesurf lessons from wetsuit, harness, board, kite, boots, helmet to a rescue boat and of course you qualified kite surf instructor. For extra safety you are of course fully insured. |
