Skyriders & Club Mistral - Tunisia

The brand new Club Mistral and Skyriders center is situated in the north western corner of the newly reconstructed Hotel Radisson SAS Resort & Thalasso on the island Djerba/Tunisia.
We will offer tuition and rental for windsurfing and kite surfing. Windsurfing is mainly suitable for beginners till intermediate windsurfers such as kite surfers of all levels, as this spot does not offer strong wind conditions.
In front of the center you will find a wide and clean beach with very fine white sand and lots of space. Adjacent to the grounds of the Radisson is a 2 km long and very wide public beach area, which we will use for kite surfing to train first steps on land.
The spot offers 100m of waist deep water of a magnificent blue-turquoise colour - it is a perfect spot for beginners and children.
In the summer time the wind is not too strong, but very constant and blows side-on shore from the right. This makes learning very easy and safe. During the winter month a fresh wind is blowing with 4- 6 bft coming from north-easterly directions.
A small breaking swell will make the place very nice for advanced wind- and kitesurfers.
