Villa Nuba consist of three luxury apartments, part of a historic farmhouse dating back to the 15 th century.
The Villa is located amongst the idyllic Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards but at the same time very close to the historic Etruscan and medieval centre of Perugia. The farmhouse has been recently and lovingly restored to create three luxury apartments complete with modern day comforts and furnished with antique family furniture.
Villa Nuba consists of three luxury apartments; Del Perugino-4+2 bedroom apartment, Del Pinturicchio-4+2 bedroom apartment, and Del Bonfigli-2+1 bedroom apartment. All apartments are equiped with a kitchen, livingroom with fireplace, terrace, and a bathroom with jacuzzi.
The Nuzzaci family always offer warm, friendly, Italian hospitality and are on-hand throughout your stay to ensure that all needs, desires, and whims are met! In fact, the family resides is in an adjacent wing of the Villa. The family’s goal is to satisfy all requests of every guest. In fact it is this personalized care which makes staying at VILLA NUBA extra special. Villa Nuba is the perfect location for exploring first-hand, not only the marvels of the Umbrian city of Perugia, but also the many delightful Umbrian and Tuscan hill towns such as Assisi, Cortona, Gubbio and Todi. So many incredible places are just a close drive away!
The historic centre of Perugia is only about a 20 minutes walking distance, and only 150 meters away is the bus stop. The train station is 3 km away, and the central bus station is only 2 km away. The stores, shops, markets and cafes you will find 200 meters away.

Price range per apartment: Daily, Euro 130-220; Weekly, Euro 720-1190; Special offer: incredible reductions for long stay rentals (from three weeks), on request.
Included in the rental price is electricity, independent heating and water costs, towel and linens provided with a weekly change, local taxes and weekly cleaning costs. Even typical Umbrian food, red wine and beverages are provided in the kitchen for a hearty Italian breakfast the first morning of your stay.
Help for all your needs included! (This is hard to find in the Italian vacation rental market!)
What is more, on request and extra cost we can provide to help our guests for: cooking lessons with a celebrated chef,wine tour, chocolate tour, personal shopper, personal masseur, personal chef, ceramics art school, artistic photos, extra cleaning of the apartment, extra linen and extra sheet change, maid service,rent a car with personal driver for transfer to/from Rome Airport.
Conditions: On making a reservation, guests will be liable for payment of 50% of the total fee as deposit, a sum that will be forfeited on cancellation of the reservation. The remainder of the fee due must be paid at the check-in. Furthermore, a security deposit of Euro 300 will be required on arrival to cover any eventual damage to the apartment during the stay. This deposit of Euro 300 will, of course, be completely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has incurred.
We prefer to be clear with our guests! Because of this, we provide self-catering rentals which are all inclusive. You will not have any "surprises". There are no extra prices to rent our elegant apartments.

'We stayed at Villa Nuba for 5 weeks in September - October 2004. It is very conveniently situated and, whilst it has beautiful views of the countryside, it is also very close to public transport, cafés and shopping. The centro storico is also within reasonable walking distance. We were delighted with our stay there and had a marvelous time. The Nuzzaci family were very welcoming and friendly. Our apartment was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Giuseppe and his family reside on another part of the property and during our stay they were always very pleasant but never intrusive. Giuseppe himself was always most helpful and assisted us in many ways from collecting us at the station to assisting with booking football tickets. We can unhesitatingly recommend Villa Nuba to anyone wishing to visit Perugia. We hope that all is well with you and your family. We are hoping to return to Perugia early next year.

Situated in the centre of the Italian peninsula, the region of Umbria is traditionally considered the green heart of Italy. If you should choose to be a guest at The Charming Villa Nuba Apartments, you will experience a truly unforgettable holiday.
As a guest, you certainly will be enchanted by the dazzling views of centuries-old villages perched atop radiant, green, rolling Umbrian hillsides. Equally delighful is a visit to the ancient city of Perugia, the regional capital, to wander its narrow, winding medieval streets. Built on the crest of a hill at an elevation of 493 metres, your gateway to the city will be the magnificent Etruscan Arch, still perfectly intact.
A memorable experience can also be enjoyed in the dark, mysterious passageways of the old underground quarter, which run under the fortress at La Rocca Paolina, commissioned by Pope Paul III and built by Antonio da Sangallo the Younger in 1549. Other attractions are the Etruscan monuments, the museums, the fresh Umbrian air, the myriad of restaurants where diners can savour the traditional dishes of Umbria and Italian cuisine in general, and the friendliness of the locals, who have long been accustomed to the presence of visitors from other countries as Perugia is the home of the University for Foreigners for Italian Language Studies, the oldest and most prestigious institute of its kind in Italy.
The Etruscan and medieval Perugia, a city of art, culture and nature. A city with important events which take place there throughout the year, for example the Umbria Jazz Festival (during the July month) and Eurochocolate (during the October month). What is more, Perugia is not far from the A1 motorway (Autostrada del Sole) and only one and a half hours drive from Rome and Florence, three hours from Bologna and five hours from Milan.
