FOR REFINED DIVERS a spacious and comfortable flat, with a boathouse, ideal for relaxed and healthy holidays. The position is very special between the green wooded hills and the sea, the flat overlooks a small beach, that can be reached by a short path. Included in the natural park of Portofino, in north Italy one of the fevoured diving zone (for info http://www.europeandc.com/), offers beautiful walks in different environments due to the special biodiversity of flora and fauna, with stunning views on the sea and steep cliffs.
The flat is composed of a large open plan living room with a balcony right on the sea. There is one doublke room with bathroom, one twin room with a bathroowm and one 4 bed room with a bathroom. In all there are eight beds and three bathrooms. Underneath the flat there is a boathouse where durign the smmer it is possile to rent kayaks and small fishing boats.
By Plane we are easily accessible from Genova, Pisa, Milano, Bergamo and Pisa. Ryanair have some great deals now to most of these places. |

Description |
Niasca is right on the sea: ten Meters or less! it is on the road that links Santa Margherita Ligure to Portofino and next to the beautiful paraggi bay, with its sand beach, amazing green transparent water, tiny village and excluxive villas.
Santa Margherita Ligure (3 km away) and is a pretty little town with all kinds of shops and facilities (hospital, train station, pharmacy, reastaurants..) and is linked to Portofino by bus.
There is a bus stop close to the house.
Portofino (1.5km away) has very fasionable shops, famoous brands for clothes and shoes, very nice and romantic cafe's and restaurants, but few food shops.
Santa Margherita Ligure is the place to go for errands and shopping and is easily accessible by bike or scooter which can be rented in Santa Margherita.
It is possible to take long and refreshing swims in the Paraggi Bay where motor boats are banned! You can also canoe, surf, sail or walk in the beautiful park. There are good restaurants, boutiques, and weekly colourful markets in the close vicinity. |
