IKARUS KITEBOARDING PLAYA DEL CARMEN & CANCUN

Located in PLAYA DEL CARMEN on the 5th Avenue and with our kite center in the flat and shallow lagoon of ISLA BLANCA near Cancun , Ikarus Kiteboarding is the first school in Mexico to follow the standards of the International Kiteboarding Association (IKO) and Professional Air Sport Association (PASA).

Our teaching programs are designed for beginners to advanced riders.
IKARUS qualified IKO and PASA instructors can take you from your first ride to advanced jumps and tricks.

Your IKO kiteboarder card will certify your level of knowledge and facilitate future classes in other IKO locations and rental of equipment when on vacation.
IKOs strict standards of security coupled with our 6 years of teaching experience insure that you will learn the sport in the safest way possible without sacrificing the excitement.

For PASA our instructors have been prepared by Master Instructor Paul Menta and have been teaching, kiting and competing regularly for over 6 years. Students have the option to obtain their Level 1 Pilot certification which facilitates rental of equipment worldwide.

All our instructors are first and foremost competent kitesurfers and will gladly share with you tips and tricks that they have learned "the hard way" so that you can spend more time enjoying the ride.

Emphasis is placed on safety and self sufficiency.

To give the class, we go to the best place according the wind conditions, level, etc.
