Cumbuco beach was once a small fisherman´s village . Since the 80´s there has been a "re-discovered" of this paradise which is only 30km away from Fortaleza and its airport. Cumbuco has been increasing its real estate value since the construction of many luxurious beach houses and resorts. many restaurants, bars and hotels were also built creating a good tourist infrastructure.
Many Water sports have appeared in the area due to the great climate conditions, with ocean water temperatures varying from 26 to 28 degrees Celsius, constant wind from May up to February. Average wind 18 knot´s and air temperature of 30 degrees all year around.
