Would you be overjoyed in having someone advise you on the correct kite and size, as well as helping you adjust your bar correctly? In other words, all you want is a great holiday with excellent service and top class kit, right? In that case you're perfectly suited to any one of our Skyriders Kite-centres. All included for only 180 E a week or 300E for two weeks. Inline with North's B.A.S.E system we developed our own system of board classes which allows you to try different boards whilst always having one set board and kite suited to your level available to you.

It works like this:

Simply select a board which suits your level and we will match it with the correct kite at the resort.

Kite rental - L - allrounder (141-162 cm)
Boards: NORTH Sumo 05 & Defender 05
Kites: NORTH Toro 05
You have mastered the basics of kiting, like staying upwind and can waterstart. You are looking for easy to use material that still provides top results.

Kite rental - M - sporty (131-140 cm)
Boards: NORTH Dragon 05, Converter L 06, Jaime XL 06
Kites: NORTH Toro 05, Vegas 05
You are already a fairly experienced kiter and are practising your first jumps and tricks. You are after top class but forgiving material.

Kite rental - S - expert (120-130 cm)
Boards: NORTH Jaime 06 S-M-L, Converter S
Kites: NORTH Vegas 05 & Rhino 06
You are an expert kiter looking for pro material allowing you to control your jumps and work on your freestyle.

Safety notes:
As kitesurfing is potentially a dangerous sport, we have specific rules concerning rental. We hope that you understand that safety is paramount for us and, as such, we require a certain level of kiting expertise before you can hire kit from us.
If you want to hire kite material from us then you must prove to us that you can comply with Level 3 on the Skyriders level system, which is as follows:

1. Fit and Healthy
2. Very good swimmer
3. Be able to start the kite again once it has landed on the water
4. The ability always to be able to return to your starting point (sail up wind)

When booking kite rental, you have to confirm that you meet these conditions. Our kite instructor will then check your surfing and if he/she then finds out that your sailing isn't up to standard, then the hire can be transferred into lessons.
