Experience Content:This three day course will cover all aspects of kitesurfing to take you from being a complete novice to a safe kitesurfer who can go out and enjoy and practice the sport without instructor supervision.
During the course you will cover launching and landing of kites, pre flight checks, water safety, body-dragging, re-launching from water, water self rescues, load and launch, board starts, rules of the road, edging & riding up wind, self launching, self landing, weather theory and much more. In short, the complete Kitesurfing course.

Duration:
The course will last 4 hours per day over three days.
What to Wear / Equipment:
All equipment will be supplied - this includes kite, board, wet suit, harness and helmet. You just need to take a change of dry clothes, a swimming costume and a towel.

Group Size / Spectators:
Group sizes vary but will usually be 4 students per instructor. Spectators are welcome but please listen to the instructors as to where the safest place to stand and watch is.
Weather:
Kitesurfing is a weather dependent sport. Basically you need wind! Depending on the location you may also need wind in a particular direction. The tides also play a part with many locations not being able to teach at high tides. Please make sure you call the centre either the day before or on the actual day of your course to check that your lesson is going ahead.
Availability:
You will be able to carry out the course during all the year except in:
Tarifa: during the months from March to December.
Reinosa: from June to September.
Santander: from September to November and since of March to June.
Restrictions:
The minimum age required depends on the location, this can be from 7 to 12 years. Please contact us if you need any specification.
Tarifa & Alicante: Under 18, the father/mother will need to attend to the first class as well. In the remainder of the locations under 18 years need permission of the parents.
You should feel confortable in the water.
If you have some private medical condition that believe that can affect in your abilities to do the course, please verifies with the center.
